A vendor exhibition (marketing programme) will be organized to complement the technical presentations.

Exhibition booth (standard booth) rental: 1.500,00 EUR (plus VAT of 25%).

Standard size of one exhibition booth is 4 m².

For each booth one Conference participation fee for full Conference participation will be included. Beside that, exhibition booth rental includes:

• standard power plug (16 A / 230 V / 50 Hz)
• WLAN connection
• one page advertisement in E-Proceedings
• one roll-up poster wall (on request).

The number of exhibition booths is limited. They will be assigned on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

Other possibilities of marketing presence will also be available.
